Ralph James is a veteran healthcare IT executive with 25+ years of progressive leadership experience, most recently as Managing Director of RJ & AJ Enterprises Inc, a California-certified small business he founded and scaled to over 400 state contracts totaling $4.7M+. He joins Launch as Small Business TA Program & Business Development Manager, bringing hands-on experience in procurement strategy, government contracting, and subcontractor relationship-building on public-sector projects.

Ralph previously served as Clinical Informatics Manager at UC Davis Medical Center, leading a cross-functional EHR team of up to 25 staff through complex system implementations, and earlier as an Epic Report Developer there, building reporting tools across Epic, Business Objects, and Crystal Reports.
